We Parental Involvement: Academic proficiency and character formation should go hand in hand in the school years of every child. Attainment of this target demands a very responsible confidential and transparent teacher parent relationship in relation to each child in the school the principal is to play the major role in accomplishing this all important task.

PARENT-TEACHER RELATIONSHIP

  • Maximum co-operation between the parents and the school is necessary for drawing out the best in the child.
  • Parents should carry out their responsibilities as joint educator in instilling in their children respect and strict obedience for all school rules and regulations.
  • As the medium of instruction in this school is English, children should be helped to follow their classes easily and intelligently by certain amount of regular English conversation at home.
  • Parents who regularly fail to attend Parent-Teacher meetings will be deemed to be not interested in the students' education and as this is pernicious to the School in general and the student in particular, the student may be asked to discontinue.
  • Parents/guardians are not allowed to visit their wards or the teachers in the classrooms/school premises during school hours.
  • Those wishing to visit the school or meet the staff of the School must first obtain permission from the Principal/School office.
  • Parents are expected to sign the reports, worksheets, teacher's remarks in the school diary and other similar documents so that ' they keep in close touch with progress of their children.
  • Parents are requested to co-operate with the Principal and staff for the effective functioning of the school and the well being of your child.
  • Parents are co-educators of the child, so it is essential for you to mould the character of your ward, instill discipline.
  • In the interests of child's future, it is very essential for him/ her to imbibe self-discipline. The teachers will take adequate corrective measures to ensure the general discipline of the class under her/his care. The teacher's efforts will work only with adequate positive inputs from the parents.
  • Parents must give their signature after taking a note of the remarks made by the teacher in the diary as well as the answer papers and guide the child

Admission: There shall be written test followed by an interview for admission to any class select. Selection will be strictly on merit, Subject to be availability of seats in each class. The decision of the school authorities regarding registration and admission will be final.
